Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in Product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after your credit card has been charged, the said amount will be reversed back in your Card Account.
Cancellations by the Customer
In case of requests for order cancellations, we reserve the right to accept or reject requests for order cancellations for any reason. As part of usual business practice, if we receive a cancellation notice and the order has not been processed / approved by us, we shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount.
We will not be able to cancel orders that have already been processed. We have the full right to decide whether an order has been processed or not. The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by us and accept our decision regarding the cancellation.
Customers can cancel their orders at any time before shipment and the entire amount will be fully refunded to their account within Three Days.
If the product sent by us is founded damaged or disputed, the customer has to return back the product within Seven Days. The company will bear the entire cost of return and the damaged product will be replaced within Fifteen Days ( as per availability of that particular product).
How to Return?
Step - 1. Create a Return Request
- - Log into www.justshine.in
- - Go to 'My Orders'
- - Click 'Return' to open the Return Request form
- - Select 'Replacement' or 'Refund'
- Step - 2. We will generate an acknowledgement slip from a courier service and mail it to you, keep a print out of that mail and handed it over to the pick up boy. The item you wish to return will be picked up from your doorstep without any charges.
Step - 3. Replacement/Refund Initiated
The replacement/refund is initiated after the originally delivered item properly packed and untemper is picked up by the courier service and sent back to us. We will replace the item within Fifteen Days.
- Please ensure that the correct and complete product is handed over
- The product should also be in unused, undamaged and original condition
- Returned product should include everything from the originally delivered package including price tags, labels, original packaging, freebies and accessories
justshine.com also reserves the right to cancel your order in case of :
- Problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department.
- Inaccuracies or errors in Product or pricing information.
- Limitations on quantities available for purchase.
We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after your credit card has been charged, the said amount will be returned back in your Credit Card Account.
